Designed a Learning and Leadership Center
Designed and developed a Center for Learning and Leadership that serves 5 major national banks employing more than 50,000 people. Identified candidates and recruited institutions to serve in a consortium that will provide program design and delivery for over 50 courses.
Building the best leadership culture
Served as an advisor to the senior country executive for an international company in Asia to develop a more inclusive culture. Two years later the executive scored 100% in leadership in the annual employee opinion survey.
Designed and executed a strategic agenda for an international HR function
Designed and delivered a performance feedback and career development program and a new manager assimilation program. Completed multiple deliveries around the world before training 100+ internal staff to deliver across all businesses in over 60 countries to over 30,000 employees.
